Responsibilities
- Analyze existing government workflows and identify areas for digital transformation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to translate policy requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation in accordance with state and federal standards.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of public records.
- Provide technical support and training to non-technical staff regarding new government systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting, public sector analysis, or IT support.
- Strong understanding of Indiana state government procedures and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Government IT is a plus.
