Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Deliver mail to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
- Operate and maintain mail processing equipment and delivery vehicles.
- Ensure adherence to all USPS safety and compliance regulations.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy parcels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) required for driving roles.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning and labeling.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
