Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail according to established procedures.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies or lost items.
- Ensure the safe handling of mail and packages throughout the entire delivery process.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
