Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response protocols during critical incidents
- Develop and implement community safety outreach programs

- Train city staff in emergency preparedness procedures
- Analyze crime data trends and recommend preventive measures
- Liaise with neighborhood associations for safety improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in government/public safety roles
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
- FEMA certification in Incident Command System (ICS)
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency management software
- Ability to work rotating shifts during emergencies
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
