Responsibilities
- Manage Federal IT Infrastructure: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure federal government systems and networks.
- Ensure Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to federal regulations, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.
- Data Security & Analysis: Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of software solutions for federal agencies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing technical expertise and progress reports.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance and optimize workflows to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile Certification: PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
