Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex IT systems and infrastructure to support federal agency operations.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of sensitive federal data and networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct system audits, performance testing, and troubleshooting to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT system administration or software development.
- Strong knowledge of federal security protocols, including FISMA compliance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
