Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government systems to identify optimization opportunities and implement necessary upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state data security protocols and government regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions for public services.
- Conduct system audits and provide detailed technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage and troubleshoot critical IT infrastructure components in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Lead training sessions for government staff on new software tools and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or system analysis within a government or public sector environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess current security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
