Responsibilities
- Develop and implement remote-friendly public service solutions across federal/state/local programs
- Analyze policy compliance and recommend operational improvements
- Coordinate with intergovernmental agencies to align strategic objectives
- Manage constituent inquiries and digital service delivery channels
- Prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory compliance and performance metrics
- Facilitate virtual stakeholder workshops and community forums
- Support crisis response protocols during public emergencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal/state/local government operations
- Proven remote work capability with digital collaboration tools
- Deep understanding of intergovernmental frameworks and compliance
- Exceptional written communication and policy analysis skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Experience with constituent relationship management (CRM) systems
