Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process pension records and state government documentation with high accuracy.
- Assist in the data entry and verification of public sector financial records.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and government agencies via email and phone during night hours.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and internal security protocols.
- Resolve complex inquiries regarding pension plans and employment history.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive government data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or government services.
- Must be available to work Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strict attention to detail.
