In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and government agencies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Lead the end-to-life cycle of software projects, from conception through deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all software applications comply with federal and district cybersecurity standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior analysts and developers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software engineering, or IT consulting.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#) and relational databases (SQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance is required.
Responsibilities
