Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal regulations and ensure full compliance with agency policies and government standards.
- Manage and oversee the execution of federal projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and documentation for senior leadership and federal oversight committees.
- Collaborate with interagency teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard federal assets and data.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on federal procurement and contract administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a federal or government-related capacity.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
