Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform night audits, data verification, and routine system checks.
- Communicate effectively with federal agency supervisors and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and internal security protocols.
- Operate specialized software and office equipment in a secure environment.
- Prepare and submit daily reports regarding operational status and findings.

Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies in data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management systems.
- Previous experience in government, logistics, or customer service is highly desirable.
