Role Overview
As a Night Shift Federal Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our operations during off-hours. Your work ensures that critical data is processed accurately and security protocols are strictly followed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor federal systems and networks overnight to ensure uninterrupted service and security.
- Perform data entry and processing of sensitive government documents with high accuracy.
- Conduct routine security audits and access control checks during the night shift.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and remote teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace in compliance with federal standards.
- Respond immediately to alerts and emergency procedures as defined by protocol.
- Document all activities and anomalies in the shift logbook.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required (Public Trust Clearance eligibility).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a federal, government, or secure facility environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of security compliance regulations.
