Responsibilities
- Manage federal program compliance and documentation
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare reports
- Coordinate with federal/state/local agencies for seamless operations
- Process confidential data with strict adherence to security protocols

- Train staff on federal regulations and procedures

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Proficient in federal compliance regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Experience with federal budget management systems
