Responsibilities
- Manage Federal Projects: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and agency standards.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, providing regular updates and technical documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet strict federal security and compliance requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Proposal Support: Contribute to the development of winning proposals for new federal business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting, government relations, or technical program management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related technical field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and budgeting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership.
