Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze federal and state regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance with current laws and agency guidelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports, risk assessments, and policy recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement internal controls and improve government-facing processes.
- Coordinate with local government agencies and stakeholders to align project deliverables with public sector standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for various government contracts and state initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding federal procurement and state funding requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in federal, state, or local government contracting.
- Strong working knowledge of federal procurement processes, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and state compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to obtain or maintain required government security clearance.
