- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support federal policy initiatives and program evaluations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, briefings, and documentation for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and resolve issues during off-hours.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure mission success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a government, defense, or public sector role.
- Must be available and willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail.
