Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming government correspondence, applications, and permits with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize confidential public records and digital databases in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding state services, procedures, and policy information.
- Prepare, review, and file necessary documentation for various state projects and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
