Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for public service departments including document processing and record maintenance
- Assist citizens with inquiries regarding municipal services and programs
- Support community outreach initiatives and public events coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate departmental databases

- Contribute to policy research and compliance documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in government, public administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nebraska driver's license required for field assignments
