Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Research: Perform extensive data analysis and literature reviews to support legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks.
- Policy Development: Draft, edit, and review policy briefs, white papers, and technical memorandums for government stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all project deliverables adhere to strict government standards and compliance protocols.
- Presentations: Deliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leadership and public officials regarding project status and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in government contracting, policy analysis, or a related public sector role.
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen and hold or be eligible for a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and document management systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
