Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages safely and efficiently along assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer correspondence
- Operate postal vehicles and equipment following safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at collection boxes and post offices
- Process and prepare outgoing mail for transportation hubs
- Adhere to USPS regulations and delivery time standards
- Operate scanning devices for package tracking and proof of delivery
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and reporting
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
