Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain security protocols during night hours
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement/first responders
- Operate critical infrastructure systems (surveillance, communications, utilities)
- Conduct facility inspections and document all incidents/activities
- Process confidential documents and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to day-shift operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Train on emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and drug screening
- Previous security/government experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
