Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along designated routes
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery sequence and postal regulations
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate mileage records
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from customers and businesses
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report unusual circumstances
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
