Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Sort, sequence, and organize mail efficiently using automated and manual systems
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks and report maintenance issues
- Operate scanning devices to track delivery status and confirm service
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for scanning devices and tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
