Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes
- Sort and organize mail efficiently according to delivery sequences
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain route documentation
- Collect mail from collection boxes and customer receptacles
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Report delivery irregularities and maintain route security
- Operate handheld scanning devices for package tracking
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to reporting location
