Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to USPS regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interaction logs
- Manage daily mail volume and ensure timely delivery according to service standards
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
- Assist in processing incoming/outgoing mail at the facility
- Adhere to all safety protocols and weather-related delivery procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
