Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Sort and organize mail in preparation for daily delivery
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from customers
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Adhere to USPS regulations, safety procedures, and delivery standards
- Perform light clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident alien status
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and carry mail trays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy skills
