Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers along an assigned route on a timely basis.
- Sort and organize mail in the vehicle or station before delivery to ensure efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Operate and maintain the assigned vehicle (if applicable) in good working condition.
- Handle packages of various sizes and weights with care and accuracy.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and postal policies at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure complete and accurate delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a non-citizen legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background investigation.
- Physical ability to walk, bend, lift packages up to 70 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
