Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Sort, sequence, and organize mail according to delivery standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate mileage logs
- Collect postage and fees for accountable mail services
- Report delivery issues and maintain customer service standards
- Operate automated delivery equipment and scanning technology
- Perform duties in all weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and reading proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Physical stamina for walking up to 8 hours daily
