Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail/packages along assigned routes efficiently and accurately
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Sort, sequence, and organize mail for timely distribution
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational standards
- Assist with mail processing duties at the distribution facility
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for USPS systems
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
