Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT systems implementation
- Federal security clearance eligibility (required)
- Proficiency with Epic EHR or similar healthcare platforms
- Strong knowledge of FISMA and NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Experience with VA-specific IT systems (preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA IT certification
