Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize EHR systems for 5,000+ veteran patients
- Lead HIPAA-compliant data security protocols and audits
- Implement telehealth solutions for remote veteran care
- Train clinical staff on health IT systems and workflows
- Collaborate with Phoenix VA network on system integrations
- Develop disaster recovery plans for critical health data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT/Health Informatics or equivalent experience
- 3+ years healthcare IT systems administration
- FISMA certification or equivalent security clearance
- Expertise in Epic EHR and VA VistA systems
- Strong project management with PMP/ITIL credentials
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA security clearance
