- Collaborate with medical professionals to obtain necessary evidence
- Communicate complex benefit information clearly to veterans and stakeholders
- Participate in continuous training to maintain expertise on VA regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA electronic systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in customer service or claims processing preferred
- Knowledge of military service periods and VA benefits programs
