Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with 100% accuracy
- Provide direct assistance to veterans and dependents via phone, email, and in-person
- Interpret complex federal regulations and medical documentation
- Collaborate with medical professionals and legal teams
- Maintain detailed case records in VA systems
- Conduct eligibility assessments for compensation and pension programs
- Participate in continuous training on policy updates
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced federal environment
- Pass background investigation and medical examination
