- Process and adjudicate complex VA disability compensation claims with 100% accuracy
- Conduct detailed interviews with veterans and family members to gather evidence
- Analyze medical records and service documents to establish service-connected disabilities
- Provide expert guidance on VA benefits programs including healthcare, education, and vocational rehab
- Maintain precise documentation in VA's electronic claims management system
- Collaborate with medical professionals and legal experts to resolve complex cases
- Train junior representatives on VA regulations and procedural requirements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Experience in claims processing, benefits administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex medical and military records
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in electronic claims management systems
- Knowledge of federal regulations (38 CFR) preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive veteran information with confidentiality and empathy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
