- Maintain confidential records in compliance with state regulations
- Assist with weekend event setup and logistical support for public functions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if travel between sites required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
