Responsibilities
- Process Medicaid and SNAP applications with precision during weekend shifts
- Conduct client interviews and eligibility assessments via phone/in-person
- Maintain accurate case records in state databases
- Resolve complex client inquiries following state regulations
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Assist with special weekend enrollment events
- Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years in customer service or social services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification required
- Ability to work Saturdays 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Valid Texas driver's license (if travel required)
- Pass criminal background check and fingerprinting
- Experience with state eligibility systems preferred
