Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal case files and sensitive documentation with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate weekend logistics for federal agency delivery and pickup schedules.
- Assist in the intake and distribution of classified/unclassified materials securely.
- Communicate effectively with federal supervisors and agency partners regarding operational status.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
- Perform data entry and reporting tasks using government-approved software systems.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background investigation.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or government support roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
