Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage weekend caseloads to ensure timely processing of state permits and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with field inspectors and law enforcement personnel to resolve weekend discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records in the state government database.
- Respond to inquiries from citizens and vendors regarding weekend operational status.
- Ensure strict adherence to Louisiana state regulations and agency protocols during off-hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government operations, customer service, or case management is strongly preferred.
- Valid Louisiana Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new government software systems.
