Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential municipal records with precision and compliance
- Assist citizens with document requests, permits, and licensing inquiries
- Coordinate weekend facility operations and security protocols
- Support departmental reporting and data management systems
- Facilitate interdepartmental communications and task delegation
- Conduct routine audits and quality assurance checks
- Respond to emergency weekend municipal service requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping software
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Excellent communication skills and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-4pm
- U.S. citizenship and valid Illinois driver's license
