Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure government records and databases.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding permits, licenses, and departmental services.
- Process and verify administrative paperwork for compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Ensure the facility is secure and safe during weekend operations.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure the seamless handover of information.
- Perform routine facility checks and supply management.
- Provide high-level customer service to all visitors and callers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in public administration, customer service, or government operations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is an asset for travel between branches.
