Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of traffic data, construction projects, and personnel schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, contractors, and agency staff during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of official documents, permits, and reports.
- Monitor site safety protocols and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Perform data entry and analysis using government-standard software systems.
- Respond to inquiries regarding departmental policies and procedures via phone or email.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday, Sunday, or Friday/Sunday combinations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status required for government clearance.
