Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage state agency systems and databases during weekend shifts to ensure operational continuity.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and service requests outside of standard business hours.
- Ensure strict compliance with state regulations and data privacy policies at all times.
- Prepare detailed reports on weekend performance metrics for management review.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all operational activities and incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government operations, data analysis, or customer support.
- Proven ability to work rotating weekends, holidays, and off-hours schedules.
- Strong understanding of federal and state government compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a background check and security clearance as required by the state.
