Responsibilities
- Manage emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel
- Operate multi-channel radio systems and CAD software
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and logs
- Coordinate with police, fire, and medical units
- Provide critical information to first responders

- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph exam
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic software
- Ability to work under extreme pressure
