Responsibilities
- Monitor facility safety, enforce park rules, and respond to visitor inquiries
- Operate recreational equipment and facilities (pools, fields, community centers)
- Assist with event setup, registration, and program coordination
- Complete incident reports and maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain accurate attendance and activity records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend operations
- Support emergency response protocols when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service or recreation experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends (including holidays)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
