Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned city areas to maintain public safety and deter criminal activity
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls during weekend shifts
- Document incidents, prepare detailed reports, and maintain case files
- Engage with residents to address community concerns and provide resources
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Conduct welfare checks and assist vulnerable populations
- Participate in community outreach programs on weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in public safety, customer service, or social services
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
