Responsibilities
- Provide critical public services during weekend shifts ensuring continuity of operations
- Process and maintain confidential state records with strict adherence to protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve weekend-specific operational issues
- Conduct field inspections and community outreach programs during assigned shifts
- Prepare detailed shift reports and documentation for weekday handovers
- Participate in weekend emergency response drills and actual incidents
- Support public events and community engagement activities on weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of government or public sector experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state-specific software systems
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
- Experience in public safety, social services, or regulatory compliance
