Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, permits, and state ID applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist customers with vehicle registration, title transfers, and license plate inquiries
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and required documentation
- Maintain detailed customer records and transaction logs in secure systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Missouri DMV procedures and regulations

- Proficient in data entry and office software (MS Office Suite)

- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
