Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing systems for the '2026' ecosystem.
- Algorithm Development: Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms that leverage quantum entanglement and neural networks.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate AI models into a cohesive, unified platform that meets enterprise-grade security and performance standards.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket).
- Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, large language models (LLMs), and quantum error correction.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical proposals to non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
