Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced neural networks (Transformers, LLMs) to solve complex business problems.
- System Architecture: Architect end-to-end AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, low latency, and high availability.
- Deployment & MLOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for model deployment using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our products.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical interviews, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce resource costs through quantization and pruning techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level machine learning models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar NLP frameworks.
- Cloud Native: Strong familiarity with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda) or GCP (Vertex AI, TPU).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive data-driven solutions.
